Short Term Certificate Course

      Objective: To train students learn about acquiring, arranging, maintaining and retrieving records.

      Admission Notice: Published in Employment News and is also made available in National Archives of India’s website.

      Eligibility: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks.

      Age: Below 30 years for private candidates and below 50 years for sponsored candidates on the date of closing of application forms.

      Seats: 30 seats - 20 for private candidates and 10 for sponsored candidates.

      Duration: 6 weeks (session: once in a year)

      Application Fee: Rs. 100/- (Rupees hundred) for Indian and SAARC candidates and U.S. $ 40.00 (forty dollars) for foreign candidates.

      Course Fee: Rs.300/- for Indian and SAARC candidates and U.S.$ 300.00 for foreign candidates.

      Selection Procedure: Entirely on the basis of merit as per the above mentioned eligibility requirement.

      Medium of Instruction: English/Hindi.

      Objective: To train the trainee in creation, control and disposition of records

      Age: Below 30 years for private candidates and below 50 years for sponsored candidates on the date of closing of application

      forms.

      Duration: 4 weeks (Two sessions in a year)

      Application Fee: Rs. 100/- (Rupees hundred) for Indian and SAARC candidates and U.S. $ 40.00 (forty dollars) for foreign

      candidates.

      Course Fee: Rs.200/- for Indian and SAARC countries candidates and U.S.$200.00 for foreign candidates.

      storage, retrieval and dissemination.
